1.协助部门经理制定、修订、完善公司各项规章制度；

2.负责监督、检查公司各项规章制度及各部门SOP的执行情况，并及时编写检查和整改报告，下达处罚通知单等事宜；

3.根据年度培训计划，组织跟进各项培训计划的实施，建立培训赔账，协助部门领导做好员工职业发展规划；

4.负责社会保险和住房公积金的申报相关事宜；
