| Job Title: Strategic Business Development Intern for MBA 注意：该职位招聘已有工作经验+医学背景的MBA 在校生，实习期6个月及以上 Job Description The Strategic Business Development Intern will perform market research, business modeling and business plan development, on new business opportunities for the primary care market for Philips Healthcare in the next 5~10 years. Job Responsibilities • Perform market scouting on healthcare trends, new business models, or innovative applications in emerging market • Facilitate analysis on competitive landscape, and assessment on Philips Healthcare internal competences • Document initial business plan(s) with data, dependencies, positioning, business analysis, recommendations, risks, next steps, basic financials, etc. • Support in business modeling and business plan development, including R&D, sales/marketing, manufacturing, procurement, channel network, service, quality, financial projection, etc. • Provide administrative support in daily work, and assistance in project management and project activities, e.g., in-depth interviews with key stakeholders • Provide administrative support in meetings and workshop preparation and arrangement Qualifications • 2nd year in MBA program, or recent MBA graduate (within 1 year of graduation) • Solid Medical background, 3+ years’ work experience is preferred • Research skills – internet searching on news, blog, and company websites, • Strong analytical thinking and systematic problem solving skills , knowledge of Porter is preferred • Good communication skills; fluent in both oral and written English; Team player, • At least 3.5 days per week; full-time preferred; can work for 6 months • Location: Philips Innovation Campus Shanghai No.1 Building 10, Lane 888, Tian Lin Road Shanghai, 200233, P.R.China 上海市田林路888弄10号飞利浦上海创新科技园1号楼 I f you are interested in this position, Please send CV(both Chinese and English in a WORD) with subject ”MBA intern – Name – work experience -University” to daisy.gy.zhang@philips.com e.g ” MBA intern -王XX- -三年 – XX大学” 请按要求发送，谢谢配合。 |
