1. Responsible for cleanliness of all Public Areas during shift, including toilet rooms, Back of the house areas and outside. 当班时保证酒店前台与后台包括卫生间的公共区域及外围干净整洁。
1. Holds briefings with PA attendants and issues cleaning supplies.
2. Guides and monitors PA attendant work performance. 指导和监督公共区域服务员工作表现。
3. Trains new and existing staff consistently. 对新员工和现有员工不断进行培训。
4. Ensures that supplies for Public Area are replenished timely and that regulations of the department and hotel are being followed. 保证员工妥当使用和保养设备，并维持清洁设备干净和工作正常的使用状态。
5. Checks so associates are neat and well presented at all times. Proper usage of chemical with minimum wastage. 员工能够正确使用化学药品， 尽可能减少浪费
6. Responsible for strict key control负责钥匙的控制。
7. Schedules and supervises the scrubbing and shampoo of carpet /upholstery in his areas of responsibilities. 计划和监督员工定期清洗完成分管区域的地毯。
