1.在楼层主管的指导下负责本班次区域的每日巡查工作,确保本部门工作按计划进行;

2.主持召开部门班前班后会,做好VIP客人预抵的准备工作,及处理已退房间和出租房间出现的问题;

3.向客房部办公室提交准确的客房状态报表,协调跟进特殊事件;

5.定期检查并报告所负责楼层的各类物品储存量和消耗量,并加以控制;

6.合理安排人员,确保客房清洁卫生,负责客房设备设施使用的管理;

3.协助PA主管建立和完善PA各项规章制度及操作规程;

4.注意倾听员工的意见,及时解决员工之间的矛盾分歧;就员工的任用、考核等提出合理的建议;

5.合理安排班次和人员。保证完成公共区域工作任务,安排好员工的休息,保证员工有充足的体能;

6.做好本区与酒店其它相关部门的联系和协调工作,听取各方对本部门的工作意见,及时向PA主管反映情况。
