1.负责制定客房部各项工作的岗位职责和工作程序及部门的各项管理制度;
Responsible for the formulation of the post responsibility and work procedures of the housekeeping department and the management system of the department
2.负责编制客房部各种物资的年度预算,严格控制本部门各项消耗在预算之内;
Be responsible for making the annual budget of various materials of the housekeeping department, strictly control the expenditure of the department within the budget
3.经常巡视和检查客房部各区域的工作状态,查阅各区域的工作记录;
Make regular inspection and inspection of the work status of the housekeeping department and check the work records of each area
4.确保与前厅部和销售预定部做好协调,控制好房态,提高客房利用率;
Ensure coordination with front office and sales reservation department, control room status and improve room utilization
5.密切同工程部配合,计划安排一些必要的维修项目、保养和管理工作及有关客房部公共区域的维修工作;
Work closely with the engineering department to plan necessary maintenance projects, maintenance and management work and related maintenance work in public areas of the housekeeping department
6.检查、监督各管区的管理工作,确保各项计划指标、规章制度、工作程序、质量标准的落实;
To inspect and supervise the management of each district to ensure the implementation of the planning indicators, rules and regulations, working procedures and quality standards
7.主动听取和收集宾客、员工及其他部门对本部工作的意见和建议,向上级提出改进工作的设想和方案;
Actively listen to and collect the opinions and Suggestions of guests, employees and other departments on the work of the department, and put forward Suggestions and plans for improvement to superiors
8.完成上级领导交代的其他工作任务。
Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders.
