1.严格按照总部和集团的《人事管理制度》执行;
Strictly follow the personnel management system of the headquarter and the group
2.牵头制定、修订、完善公司《人事规章制度》;
Responsible for formulate, revise and improve the company's personnel rules and regulations.
3.负责招聘、录用、绩效考核、岗位变动、辞职/退等手续的办理;
Responsible for recruitment, recruitment, performance appraisal, post change, resignation/withdrawal procedures.
4.负责与员工签订劳动合同和续签管理工作;
To be responsible for the management of signing and renewing labor contracts with employees
5.负责人事档案管理及人事NC系统的维护;
Responsible for personnel file management and personnel NC system maintenance
6.负责员工福利发放和生日祝福信息发送;
Be responsible for employee welfare and birthday blessing information
7.负责员工关系处理,关注员工心声,并及时向上级领导报告;
Be responsible for employee relationship, pay attention to employee's voice and report to superior
8.协助上级领导组织员工拓展活动,丰富员工业余生活;
Assist superior leaders to organize employee activities to enrich their spare time
9.负责定期组织岗位服务技能竞赛;
