1.严格按照总部和集团《采购管理制度》执行;
Implement the procurement management system in strict accordance with the headquarters and the group
2.协助部门经理建立和完善酒店《采购管理实施办法》;
Assist the department manager to set up and improve the implementation measures of purchasing management
3.负责汇总各部门提出的《物资采购申请》,并经权决领导审批后实施采购;
Responsible for summarizing the material purchase application submitted by each department, and implementing the procurement after being approved by the authorized leader
4.负责每日厨房和员工食堂的食材及调料品等采购;
Responsible for the daily purchase of food and spices in the kitchen and staff canteen
5.负责建立采购信息库(供应商、品牌、价格表)和台账登记,有效的控制采购成本;
Responsible for establishing procurement database (supplier, brand, price list) and account registration, effectively controlling procurement cost
6.做好每月的采购费用统计及成本分析,并按照报销流程及时报销;
Do the monthly cost statistics and cost analysis, and reimburse in time according to the reimbursement process
7.杜绝三无产品或过期产品,须严格把好质量观,杜绝利用职务之便实施经济犯罪;
Eliminate three no products or expired products, must be strict quality view, prevent the use of the post to implement economic crimes
8.负责组织各部门领导调研市场物价、并对食用油等进行检测;
Responsible for organizing the leaders of all departments to investigate market prices and test edible oil etc
9.按时完成上级领导交办的工作任务。
Finish the task assigned by superior leader on time.
