1.严格按照总部和集团《采购管理制度》执行；

2.协助部门经理建立和完善酒店《采购管理实施办法》；

3.负责汇总各部门提出的《物资采购申请》，并经权决领导审批后实施采购；

4.负责每日厨房和员工食堂的食材及调料品等采购；

5.负责建立采购信息库（供应商、品牌、价格表）和台账登记，有效的控制采购成本；

6.做好每月的采购费用统计及成本分析，并按照报销流程及时报销；

7.杜绝三无产品或过期产品，须严格把好质量观，杜绝利用职务之便实施经济犯罪；
