1.认真贯彻总部和集团及劳动人事部门的有关方针、政策和指示,组织制定酒店行政和人力资源规划方案,经总经理批准后实施;
To implement the relevant policies, policies and instructions of the headquarter, the group and the labor and personnel department, organize the formulation of the hotel's administrative and human resources planning scheme, and implement it after the approval of the general manager
2.组织制定、修改、完善各项规章制度,做到科学、规范化管理;

3.根据用工计划组织招聘工作,负责如招聘、录用、辞退、辞职、晋升、降级、调出的审核,负责员工内部调配的审核;
Organize the recruitment according to the recruitment plan, and be responsible for the audit of recruitment, employment, dismissal, resignation, promotion, demotion and transfer, as well as internal deployment of employees
4.负责定岗定编,制定定员编制方案,年度人员的编制报表及预算工作;
To be responsible for the preparation of posts, formulation of staffing plans, annual personnel preparation of statements and budgets
5.负责公司资产,车辆,员工宿舍,食堂管理审核管理;
Responsible for the management review and management of company assets, vehicles, staff dormitories and canteens
6.负责下属员工的绩效考核和培养及工作指导;
Responsible for the performance assessment and training of subordinates and work guidance
7.负责公司内外的沟通联系,并与地方政府建立良好的沟通关系;
Responsible for communication within and outside the company, and establish good communication relationship with local government
8.负责公司档案、收发文、纪要审核管理工作;
Responsible for the audit and management of company files, receiving and sending documents and minutes
9.按时完成上级领导下达的工作任务。
