1.认真贯彻总部和集团及劳动人事部门的有关方针、政策和指示，组织制定酒店行政和人力资源规划方案，经总经理批准后实施；

2.组织制定、修改、完善各项规章制度，做到科学、规范化管理；

3.根据用工计划组织招聘工作，负责如招聘、录用、辞退、辞职、晋升、降级、调出的审核，负责员工内部调配的审核；

4.负责定岗定编，制定定员编制方案，年度人员的编制报表及预算工作；
