1.指导监督本部的运作，保证巡视工作的正确执行，确保客人和同事的安全；

2.与总工程师合作对员工进行灭火，安全检查和消防疏散等基本知识的培训和演练。定期对酒店消防队进行培训演习以培养和保证消防队伍的技术水平；

Work with chief engineer to conduct training and practice on basic knowledge of fire fighting, safety inspection and fire evacuation. Conduct regular training exercises for the hotel fire brigade to train and maintain the technical level of the fire brigade

3.随机抽查万能钥匙的分配情况并明确钥匙的持有人的责任；

Randomly check the allocation of master keys and clarify the responsibilities of key holders

4.不断发展完善执行程序,监督报告系统，对所报告的发生于酒店内外的事件进行跟踪；

Continuously develop and improve the implementation procedures, supervise the reporting system, and track the reported events inside and outside the hotel

5.协调部门内部以及各部门间的工作，培养良好的工作关系；

Coordinate the work within and between departments, and cultivate good working relationship

6.制定出业务培训计划，实施定期的单独培训和以小组为单位的培训工作；

Work out a business training plan and implement regular individual training and group training

7.实施工作评估，定期提供指导和制定正确的工作目标；

Conduct job evaluation, provide guidance and set the right objectives on a regular basis

8.采取适当的方法解决客人投诉，通过与客人交流，建立起友好、信任和满意的对客关系；

Take appropriate measures to solve customer complaints and establish friendly, trusting and satisfied relationship with customers through communication with customers

9.要与公安机关建立起良好得工作关系，并在工作中积极沟通合作。完成你上级交待的其它任务。

We should establish a good working relationship with the public security organs and actively communicate and cooperate with them. Complete other tasks assigned by your supervisor.
