筹备期:
preparatory period
1.协助酒店各部门经理完成工程缺陷表,并提供专业意见;
Assist the manager of the hotel to complete the defect list and provide professional advice;
2.组织完成开业前的内部试营业预演/消防逃生演练等;
Organize the internal pre-opening rehearsal/fire escape drill, etc;
3.完成酒店人力资源结构计划,根据开业时间制定各项岗位招聘节点;
Complete the human resource structure plan of the hotel and make recruitment nodes for various positions according to the opening time;
4.开业前后提供各项培训支持;
Provide training support before and after opening;
5.进行酒店各项区域(前场/后场)划分和计划,包含餐厅/厨房/客房/前厅/水疗/健身房/洗衣房/办公室等;
Plan the hotel's various areas (front/back), including the restaurant/kitchen/guest room/front hall/spa/gym/laundry room/office, etc;
6.寻找营运设备供应商,完成营运设备清单;
Look for suppliers of operating equipment and complete operating equipment list;
7.牵头各部门完成酒店电脑管理系统,户籍传送系统,餐饮点菜系统布局安装,程序设定,调试等。
Lead all departments to complete the hotel computer management system, household registration transfer system, catering ordering system layout and installation, program setting, commissioning, etc;
运营期:Operating period
1.协助总经理制定,执行,监管酒店的各项财务与运营计划,为房务部及餐饮部提供定期指导并管理酒店业务;
Assist the general manager in developing, implementing and supervising various financial and operation plans of the hotel, provide regular guidance to and manage the hotel business for the room and catering department;
2.牵头各部门负责人管理员工日常事务,计划并分配工作,为每个员工设定工作绩效和职业发展目标。为员工提供教导,辅导并给以定期反馈,帮助解决各种员工矛盾,提升员工绩效,并对员工表现优异之处予以认可;
Lead department heads to manage employees' daily affairs, plan and assign work, and set work performance and career development goals for each employee. Provide employees with guidance, guidance and regular feedback, help solve various staff conflicts, improve employee performance, and recognize the excellent performance of employees;
3.根据市场行情及公司实际情况,组织制定公司整体营销计划并组织实施;

4.监督日常运作和酒店工作人员的任务分派,协助总经理制定和交流部门的战略和目标,确保相关政策与程序的沟通交流和有效实施;

5.完成总经理交办的其它事项。
