Job Responsibilities:
1.Constant customer contact directed towards existing customers and potential customers.
2.Represents the hotel and participates in domestic and international sales activities.
3.Fulfills Customer Relationship Management responsibilities and sales goals for defined customers through planned customer interviews.
4.During sales calls, carries out “cross selling” in accordance with corporate and divisional guidelines.
5.Monitors and reports on market and competition within own market segment.
6.Prepares and updates customer management reports and ensures all necessary follow up work is carried out on time.
7.Active distribution of product information and creates awareness in the markets and business segments or responsibility.
8.Participates in planning and realization of sales campaigns together with Director of 9.Sales & Marketing within defined market segments.
10Active participation and submission of reports at sales meetings.
11.Assists in planning and coordinating sales activities and events.
Job Knowledge / Skill:
1.Leadership skills and knowledge of all tasks within the area of responsibility.
2.Ability and understanding of the market and competition.
3.Excellent written and spoken Mandarin & English are a must.
4.Good interpersonal & communication skills.
5.Ability to work independently and as a team.
